Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the County Department of Youth, Sports, Gender and Social Services, IFMIS Supplier Portal or County Website; www.nyandarua.go.ke . Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and Must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing of the tender. NB site visits will be done on 21/12/2021 at 10.00 am for those willing to do so.

The duly completed bids and attachments Must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal; www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . As per the requirement in the tender document. And a serialized and paginated copy can be dropped at the tender box situated at county headquarters, unsealing of the bids will take place Immediately Thereafter, in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at The County Sports Office HQS. Tender Is only opened to those who meet the requirement, Bidders are also required to duly fill the declaration form not to engage in corruption or any fraudulent practices.
