NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND SABATIA CONSTITUENCY TENDER JANUARY 2022 

The Project Management Committee, Vihiga MTC Kegondi Campus, Sabatia Constituency -Vihiga County invites sealed bids for TENDER REF NO: SAB/ NG-CDF/VMTC/01/2021-2022 – THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION & TUITION BLOCK (PHASE 11) AT KMTC VIHIGA, KEGONDI CAMPUS IN SABATIA CONSTITUENCY – VIHIGA COUNTY

Complete bid documents shall be accompanied with the following.

1.         Certified copy of incorporation certificate.
2.         Valid tax compliance certificate.

    III.        Valid copy of CR12 certificate.

1.         Valid Certificate of Registration with NCA building category [6] and above.
2.         Valid annual NCA practicing license.
3.         Evidence of [3] samples of similar works completed (attach at least 3 completion certificates),

  VII.        Attach bid bond 2% of tender sum from a reputable bank approved by PPRA and valid for 120 days after tender closing date.

 VIII.        Attach current bank statement (at least 6 months).

1.         Letter of credit.
2.         Dully filled and signed BQ.
3.         Tender sum must be within 10% (plus or minus) of official estimates.

Tender document may be obtained from NG-CDF Sabatia Constituency offices at Kshs.1000.00 to be deposited in the NG-CDF Sabatia Constituency Account KCB MBALE ACC.NO 1102377678.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number addressed to NG-CDF Sabatia P.0 BOX 260 Wodanga, and deposited in the tender box at NG-CDF Sabatia Offices on or before 6th January, 2022 at 10:00 am
