Provision of Comprehensive Medical Insurance cover for staff of County Assembly

ELGEYO MARAKWET COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER JANUARY 2022 

The County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the provision of the following service for financial year 2021-2022

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be downloaded free of charge in the County Assembly’s website www.emcassembly.go.ke . PPIP website : tenders.go.ke and bidders should also bid online through

supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number provided above.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
2. Copy of valid tax compliance certificate
3. Current registration certificate with IRA
4. Current single business permit
5. Membership certificate for AKI
6. PIN/VAT certificates
7. Evidence of paid up capital as per IRA regulation
8. Provide the security of 2% of the sum quoted
9. Bidders must serialize their documents
10. Bidders should ensure there is no arithmetic errors on total premiums quoted
11. Copy of Directors/owners of the company. CR12
12. Bidders MUST bid online through the IFMIS system and MUST submit a hard copy in a sealed plain envelop clearly marked with tender document number and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of the County Assem­bly or addressed as below and posted to the undersigned;

Compete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 21^st  January 2022 at 2.00pm.
