The NYERI WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY LIMITED (NYEWASCO) has received funds from the Water Sector Trust Fund (WSTF) under Conditional Liquidity Support Grant (CLSG) and intends to use part of the funds toward payments under the contract mentioned below and hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works.

Pre-bid meetings and site visits shall be conducted as from 17th – 21st January, 2022 at the address mentioned below from 10.00am. Site visits shall be arranged in groups of 3(three) tenderers with prior arrangements. Requests should be emailed via info@nyewasco.co.ke. All bidders are expected to gather at NYEWASCO head office before proceeding to the site using own transport.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from THE MANAGING DIRECTOR NYERI WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY, info@nyewasco.co.ke and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0800 to 1600 at the address given below.
The Bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the Company’s website www.nyewasco.co.ke . Bidders who download the tender document from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately via email to info@nyewasco.co.ke for record and any further tender clarification and addendum where necessary. The particulars should include: Name of Firm, Postal Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Tender Number and Tender Name.
Complete serialized tender documents shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender documents and be deposited at the Tender Box located at NYEWASCO Offices Off Kenyatta Road, behind Nyeri County Fire offices and deposited at the Company’s Tender Box located at the reception in Block A building on or before 11th February, 2022 at 11.00 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11th February, 2022 at 11.00 AM at the Company’s Conference Hall.
