Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.suppller.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.

interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.
- Dully Certified Copy of registration/incorporation certificate
- Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
- Dully Certified Copy of registration certificate
- Dully filled form of tender
- Bid Security(from approved institutions with proper validity period specified.
- Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided)
- Dully filled confidential business questionnaire form
- Certified Valid copy of current Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Certificate
- Valid business permit from Tana River County Government.
Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Portal not later than 18th Tuesday, January 2022. Tenders will be opened on 18th Jan, 2022 at 10.00 am at the Head of supply chain Management’s office situated in Treasury office County Headquarters in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened
