Bid document may be downloaded from the Assembly website www.machakosassembly.go.ke or in the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) (tenders.go.ke) or at the IFMIS Portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke (search for the bid document using the IFMIS negotiation Number 924977-2021/2022).
Complete bid document should be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before Wednesday 26th January, 2022 at 11.00 am.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the Assembly board room 2B, County hail.
