Proposed Construction of 6No. classrooms and 2No. Laboratories at Moi Day Secondary School Kabartonjo

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND BARINGO NORTH CONSTITUENCY TENDER JANUARY 2022 

The National Government – Constituency Development Fund, Baringo North Constituency, invites tenders from interested eligible bidders for the following tender for the Financial Year 2021/2022.

Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements;

1. i)Provide certified copies of certificate of incorporation in the name of the company.
2. ii)Attach a valid NCA certificate category 6 and above

iii)    Provide copies of KRA PIN, VAT Certificate and Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.

1. iv)Provide a copy of CR12
2. v)Submit Tender Security sum of 2% of the bid price, valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
3. vi)Details and evidence of experience in works of a similar nature and size.

vii)  Tender form and confidential business questionnaire must be fully filled by authorized person.

viii)  Provide proof of major items of construction equipment to carry out the proposed works

1. ix)Provide qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel and an undertaking that they shall be available for the proposed works.
2. x)Provide evidence of adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to credit and availability of other financial resources)

Complete set of detailed tender documents may be obtained physically at NGCDF Offices, at Kabartonjo, next to the Baringo North Sub-County DCC Office, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) through BANKERS cheque payable to Baringo North CDF.

Completed tender document must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked original and copy with Tender Name and Tender No. and be deposited in the Tender Box at the NG-CDF Office, at Kabartonjo, next to the Baringo North Sub-County DCC Office, or be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the NGCDF Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
