Proposed Construction of Tuition Block (phase 1 & 2 at Kangaru School) Full Contract)

KANGARU SCHOOL TENDER JANUARY 2022 

Kangaru school invites bids from interested and eligible bidders/firms for the proposed construction of a Tuition Block. Tenderers may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 cash at the school accounts office during normal working hours starting from 27th January, 2022.

Interested Tenderers’ who meet the following mandatory requirements supported by copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation;

1. Attach Certificate of Incorporation
2. Attach valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate of Registration and current annual practicing licences for categories NCA 4 and above in main works, mechanical works and electrical works.
3. Attach PIN/V.A.T Registration Certificates
4. Attach current and valid Tax Compliance Certificate
5. Attach a bid bond of 20% of the tendered sum which must remain valid for 120 days after the expiry of tender validity period in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance by PPOA
6. Dully filled form of tender
7. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire

Complete set of the tender document should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Number addressed to:

Should be deposited in the Tender Box at Kangaru School Office, on or before Thursday 17^th  February, 2022, at 10.00a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and /or their representatives who choose to attend.
