Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information or clarification from the office of the Director, Supply Chain Management Services, Turkana County Government via email: supplychainoffice@turkana.go.ke .
The tender documents containing detailed information on the tenders can freely be downloaded from the county government website: www.turkana.go.ke or on IFMIS PORTAL: www.treasury.go.ke or PPIP Portal; www.tenders.go.ke. Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: suoolier.treasurv.ao.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated on the IFMIS platform.
All documents uploaded must be titled.
Bidders must upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS Portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the office of the Director Supply Chain Management Services, Procurement Unit. Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening date. The bid security must be valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from the opening date.
NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges in accessing or uploading tender documents in the IFMIS TENDER PORTAL should contact the IFMIS helpdesk Tel (0800721477) at the National Treasury or contact supply chain management services office situated at the County Headquarter next to the Treasury building.
The system will automatically LOCK OUT at the time and date of the tender closing as indicated on the IFMIS PORTAL.
All tenders must be submitted through IFMIS platform. Manual or through company web link submission will not be accepted.
