REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION AND BRANDING STRATEGY FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
The Public Service Commission is an independent Commission established under Article 233 of the Constitution. The mandate of the Commission is spelt out in Articles 234, 155(3)(a), 158(2)(3) and (4), 171(2), 230(2) (b) and 236 of the Constitution.
The Commission intends to develop a communication strategy to support implementation of the Strategic Plan. The Commission therefore invites proposals from qualified and interested consultancy firms to develop its 5-year Communication and Branding Strategy.
Tender document with detailed information can be viewed and downloaded from www.publicservice.go.ke and http://supplier.treasury.go.ke websites free of charge.
Alternatively, tender documents can be obtained from procurement office Room 05 on ground floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000 in cash office during normal working hours.
Completed tender documents should be deposited in the Tender box located at the reception area on Ground Floor, Commission House so as to be received on or before 11.00 am on Tuesday 3rd March 2020.
Submitted Request for Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to attend at the Commission’s Annex Boardroom, Nairobi.
