ICT AUTHORITY TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLES

1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Horn of Africa Gateway Development Project (HoAGDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payment under the contract for supply & Delivery of motor vehicles.
2. The ICT Authority (the Client), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply & Delivery of a motor Vehicle as given below;

• HEAVY DUTY UTILITY PASSENGER VEHICLE 4 X 4, L.W.B., 2701-3000CC. DIESEL. QUANTITY ONE (1 NO.)
• HEAVY DUTY UTILITY PASSENGER VEHICLE 4 X 4, L.W.B., 4164CC. DIESEL. QUANTITY TWO (No.2)

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refund­able fee of KES 1000 in cash or bankers cheque payable to ICT Authority or downloaded free of charge on: www.icta.go.ke and http://suppller.treasury.go.ke
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below either in person, or by mail, or may be placed in the tender box at our offices on the 12th floor Telposta Towers Kenyatta Avenue Entrance on or before 9^th  March 2022 at 1100 hrs East African Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidder’s or their designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousands (Kshs.500, 000.00) from a reputable financial institution in Kenya.
