Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty. go.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.
N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted
Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.
- Dully Certified Copy of registration/incorporation certificate
- Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
- Dully Certified Copy of NCA certificate
- Dully filled form of tender
- 2% Bid Bond of the bid sum
- Valid Business Permit
Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Portal not later than 17th March, 2022. Tenders will be opened on 17th Mar, 2022. at the Tana River County Government office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened.
