The National Assembly hereby invites insurance companies (underwriters) to submit sealed tenders for the provision of Group Mortgage Life and Domestic Fire Insurance as specified below.

Premium rates quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for ninety (90) days after the date of Tender Opening.
Interested and eligible insurance companies may obtain further information and inspect the tender Document for free from the Procurement Office on 13th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or download the same from Commission’s Website; http://www.parliament.go.ke or Public Procurement Information portal, www.tenders.ao.ke
Duly completed tender documents (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under this the Tender document and be deposited in the tender box provided on, 13,h floor. Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:-

so as to be received on or before Friday, 11th March 2022 at 10.00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Firms or their representatives who choose to attend the opening in the Board Room, IS”1 Floor, Protection House, Parliament Road, Nairobi.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.100,000.00 in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank in the prescribed format.
