Interested bidders SHOULD meet the following MANDATORY requirements;
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certified Copy of VALID Tax Compliance certificate (KRA)
- Certified Copy of VALID Certificate of Registration from National Construction Authority (NCA) category 7 and above
- Certified Copies of Previous Construction Works (from Directorate of Public Works) done to greater magnitude and completed successfully within the last 1 year
- Certified Copies of Completion Certificates of previous works( preferably science labs) Provide proof of the Major Items and key personnel to carry out the proposed works
- Certified bank statement for the past 6 Months •
- Current VALID Business Permit
- Bidders shall SEQUENTIALLY SERIALISE ALL PAGES for each tender document submitted. Failure to which the bidder shall be disqualified
- Any Other relevant documents
Interested eligible candidates/companjes may buy tender documents from school during working hours at Ksh.1,000/-.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Reference Number and to be deposited in the Tender box at Butula High School and addressed to;
