CALL FOR PROPOSAL – CRS SOUTH SUDAN FOR PROVISION OF ASSETS AUCTIONEERING SERVICES

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. The agency provides assistance to of 130 million people in more than 110 countries and territories in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Catholic Relief Services (CRS).South Sudan is seeking for international consultancy firm to provide a team of experienced consultants to conduct qualitative evaluations of its Building a Culture of Social Cohesion and Peace (BCSCP) Project in South Sudan.
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) seeks to contract a third-party service provider to undertake the assets auctioneering services in South Sudan.
To be eligible for consideration, interested service providers / firms must meet the following requirements.
- Bidders’ technical response to the RFP particularly the terms of reference provided in Scope of Work. List of tasks to be performed during the services. General understanding by the bidder of requested services
- Company’s experience in similar trade in years. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar field is required
- Current number of clients (companies / organizations) of similar to CRS size. Experience with minimum 5 clients in similar trade
- Annual turnover of last three years
- Professional reputation of the firm supported by at least three years reference letters
The RFP guidelines together with Scope of Work are available upon written request only to SouthSudanPRs@crs.org or from CRS Juba office Palica Street, Hai Jerusalem, Juba South Sudan between 1st April 2022 to 15th April 2022 2022, Monday through Friday during office hours. The electronic proposal documents MUST be submitted on a company letterhead signed, stamped by Director/Manager of the bidder and emailed only to sds_tender@crs.org with the subject*line “RFP Number – CRS-SS-181733-2022 – Provision of assets Auctioneering Services”.
AH proposals should be submitted via email only. Submissions via courier or hand-delivery shall not be accepted.
