PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE AUTOMATION OF ANNUAL PUBLIC ROADS

TENDER NUMBER KRB/245/2021-2022 (TENDER IS OPEN TO ALL BIDDERS)
Kenya Roads Board now invites tenders from eligible consultants to provide Provision of Consultancy Services for the Automation of Annual Public Roads Programme (APRP) Management.
The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) documents can be viewed and downloaded from Kenya Roads Board website: www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. The documents can also be inspected and/or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road during working days between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, 13th April 2022 starting 10:00 am via online platform. Interested bidders are requested to send the names and email address of their nominees’ to info@krb.go.ke and mmuinde@krb.go.ke for issuance of the meeting credentials.
Bidders should also constantly check the KRB website (www.krb.go.ke) for any addendums and other updates. Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO. KRB/245/2021-2022 FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE AUTOMATION OF ANNUAL PUBLIC ROADS PROGRAMME (APRP) MANAGEMENT” should be addressed, submitted and/or delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender box situated on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers so as to be received on or before Friday 22nd April, 2022 at 12:00 Noon.
The proposals will be opened in KRB Boardroom on 3rd Floor immediately on the same day in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after the closing time shall be returned unopened.
