Samburu County Government invites sealed bids from reputable, competent and interested firms for the following tenders:

Interested bidders may/download the bid documents from the County Government of Samburu website, www.samburu.go.ke/tenders or the government procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. The tender documents and specifications may also be obtained from Head of Supply Chain Management at County Treasury Offices, Maralal, on normal government working days/hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only (KES 1,000/=).
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline of submission of the tender.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of KSHS 260,000 (Two Hundred and Sixty Thousand Shillings Only). Original Bid Security from a reputable bank or insurance company, must be delivered at the office of Head of supply chain Management during office working hours only on or before the closing date and Time
The duly completed bids should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender Number and Tender Name are to be deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of Samburu County Treasury offices and be addressed to:

MARALAL, Kenya
So as to be received on or before Thursday 14th April 2022 at 10.00 am East African time.
Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Procurement Offices Samburu County Treasury building in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Successful bidders will be selected in accordance with evaluation criteria and terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
