- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize pages of all tender documents submitted (in the format1,2,3…….).
- There will be a Mandatory Pre-tender site visit on Tuesday 12,h April, 2022.Tenderers shall assemble at Nyeri County Referral Hospital at 10.00am (For tender No. CGN/HEALTH/47/2021-2022).
Interested bidders must meet all the conditions as indicated in the tender document and can view and download the documents in the County Government of Nyeri website- www.nyeri.go.ke free of charge or the IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.
Complete tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 22nd April, 2022 at 10:00am as indicated in the IFMIS PORTAL.
Bidders Must also submit hard copies of their completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked the tender number and tender name and bearing no indication of the tenderer and should be addressed to:

and placed in the Tender Box located at the Nyeri County Government Headquarters (Town Hall), Nyeri town ground floor or sent by post to reach the above address not later than 22nd April,2022 at 10:00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the above closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids will not be accepted.
