A pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on 21st April 2022 at 10am. Interested bidders need to register for the meeting via the above email address latest 19th April 2022 by 4PM for the purpose of getting logging in credentials to the meeting
Bid documents must be accompanied by an Original Tender Security of 700,000.00 (KSH) Seven Hundred Thousand Shillings Only issued in Kenya shillings or a freely convertible currency and in the form of bank guarantee or an insurance guarantee from PPRA approved insurance company/ deposit taking microfinance institutions,
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 126 days after date of tender opening
The completed bids in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number and tender name, and addressed to the

shall be deposited into the Tender Box at the entrance of Main Reception, Wildlife Research Headquarters, Naivasha Town. or before 12:00 Noon on 28th April 2022
Returned request for proposal (RFP) documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders of their representatives who chose to attend.
