Name of Assignment: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE NAIROBI CITY COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT.
1.The Nairobi City County Government (NCCG) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for PROVISION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE NAIROBI CITY COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT.
2.Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8 am and 5 pm starting from the date of advert at the office of:

4. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the IFMIS suppliers portal supplier.treasury.go.ke and PPIP (Public Procurement Information Portal) www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately facilitate any further clarification or addendum to;

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kes. 80,000.00 in the form of a Bank guarantee from a reputable bank/Insurance approved by PPRA valid for 210 Days from date of tender closure.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format of 1, 2,3,4….(from cover page to the last page including all attachments).
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25TH April, 2022 at 10.00 am (East Africa Time) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later.Tenderswillbepubliclyopened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
