INVITATION TOTENDER
COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF TANA RIVER PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR COUNTY STAFF TENDER REF NO: TRCG/OT/ADM/49/2021-2022
NEGOTIATION NO: 961856-2021/2022
1. The County Government of TANA RIVER invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance Services for Medical Insurance Cover for County Staff, TANA RIVER County, for a period of one year.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
4. A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from the web addresses as indicated in 3 above.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain.tanarivercounty@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.3,000,000/= in form of
Bank Guarantee only from recognized Financial Institutions.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 04th MAY, 2022 at the system indicated time. Tenderers will be required to submit One (1) complete hard copy (original) which must be dropped at the tender Box situated at the Headquarters, entrance of the administration Block Building, Offices on or before the tender closing date.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend .
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
