INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) AND FIBER CONNECTIVITY AT GOVERNOR RESIDENCE OFFICES IN HOLA (DESIGN, SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF FIBER OPTIC NETWORKS AND RELATED SERVICES)
1. The Couty Government of Tana River invites sealed tenders for the design and implementation of Local Area Network (LAN) and Fiber connectivity at Governor residence offices in Hola.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0900 to 1500hours] at the address given below: County Government of Tana River, County Council Road, P.O. Box 29-70101 Hola.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Free) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tanariver.go.ke and/or IFMIS supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the negotiation number given. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tanariver.go.ke and/or IFMIS supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@tanariver.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. The procedures to be followed will be as follows: –
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 180,000/=
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th May, 2022. ONLY Electronic tenders will be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
