PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE 1ST CORPORATE STRATEGIC PLAN for kasneb Foundation (2022 – 2027) AND WORKSHOP FACILITATION

Kasneb foundation is in the process of developing its first Corporate Strategic Plan (2022-2027) and proposes to engage a Consultant to facilitate the key activities in the development of the plan through a consultative and participatory process.
The development of the first Corporate Strategic Plan (2022-2027) comes against the backdrop of COVID-19, a global pandemic that has brought about both challenges and opportunities to the national and global economies. The development of the plan will therefore, focus on business recovery and renewal strategies to address these overriding factors and ensure that kasneb growth trajectory.
You are hereby invited to submit a technical proposal and a financial proposal using the format provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. The detailed requirements for the proposals are provided in Section II: Information to Consultants and Section III: Terms of Reference. You are advised to read the two sections carefully before compiling your proposals.
Each proposal must be submitted in two (2) copies one marked “ORIGINAL” and the other marked “COPY”. The two copies of the proposal shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked either “Technical Proposal” or “Financial Proposal” as applicable. The two envelopes shall be placed inside an outer envelope marked “RFP NO. KAS/RFP/CSPKF/032/2021/2022: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE 1st CORPORATE STRATEGIC PLAN for kasneb Foundation

The duly completed proposals shall thereafter be deposited in the Tender Box placed next to Supply Chain Management Unit Office of kasneb Towers on or before the closing date and time on Wednesday, 11 May 2022 at 11.00 a.m. late submissions will not be accepted.
The technical proposals will be opened immediately after the closing date and time on Wednesday, 11 May 2022 at 11.00 a.m. in the kasneb Conference Room. You are invited to witness the opening and Covid 19 protocols must be observed
