INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CIVIL MAINTENANCE AND SMALL SCALE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT NATIONAL OIL SERVICE STATIONS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
– FRAMEWORK CONTRACT,

1.1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil), herein known as the Procuring entity, invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the Provision of civil maintenance and small scale civil construction works at National Oil Stations – Framework Contract, for a period of three (3) years on a framework contract with a value for money assessment undertaken annually to confirm whether the Bidder is providing satisfactory performance and whether the terms in the framework contract remain competitive.
1.2. In addition, the tender has been categorized into four lots as summarized below. Tenderers shall be required to bid for one region only. Where the tenderer has quoted for more than one region, they shall be disqualified from the tendering process.
Lot 1 – Eastern 1 Region Lot 2- Eastern 2 Region Lot 3- Western 1 Region Lot 4 Western 2 Region

during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time).
1.4. The tender document downloaded from the website is free of charge. The candidates who download the tender documents must register their details with the National Oil Procurement Department through the email address given above for purposes of receiving any clarifications and/or addenda. Printed tender documents collected in hard copy shall be charged a non- refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one thousand only (Kshs 1,000) which is payable before the tender closing date and time, in form of cash deposits at the National Oil Bank Accounts as given below.

1.5. In addition to the above Complete Bill of Quantities shall be issued to tenderers in soft copy on CD upon payment of Kenya Shillings one thousand only (Kshs 1,000) which is payable before issuance of the BOQs. Payment should be in form of cash deposits at the National Oil Bank Accounts as given in the instruction to tenderer. The bank code required to complete deposit transaction is 2929.Bidders are advised to clearly indicate the Tender Reference Number and Tender Title in their deposit slip. The tenderer should immediately forward their particulars for records and/or for the purposes of receiving any further clarifications/addenda to tenders@nockenya.co.ke;
1.6.Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and fifty (150) days from the closing date of the tender.
