INVITATION TO TENDER
The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) is a government institution established under the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2009 (POCAMLA) with the principal objective of identifying proceeds of crime, com- bating money laundering and the fight against terrorism financing.
FRC hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the following tenders:

Tenderers who have downloaded the tender documents must immediately forward their particulars to the email:
procurement@frc.go.ke. for purposes of any tender clarifications.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked the tender name and num- ber, and addressed to:

and be deposited in the tender box situated at the FRC offices, on the 29th floor, UAP Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill, Nairobi, during normal working hours so as to be received on or before Tuesday 31st May 2022 at
12.00 Noon.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, at the UAP Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill, Nairobi, 29th floor meeting room on Tuesday 31st May 2022 at 12.00 Noon.
