INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: IEBC/OT/22/039/2021-2022
PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DATA CENTRE’S CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (VBLOCK)
1. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites sealed tenders for provision of support and maintenance services for the data Centre’s converged infrastructure (VBLOCK) for a period of six months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at the IEBC Procurement Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room No. 525 during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. -4.30p.m.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of charge from IEBC Website at www.iebc.or.keor www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Offices or email their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke immediately in order to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security equivalent to Ksh. 50,000 valid for 210 days from date of opening the tender in the form of either: -Cash, a BANK Guarantee from a reputable bank, a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the PPRA or a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. All payable to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th June, 2022 at 11.00A.M. East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
