2. The TURKANA COUNTY ASSEMBLY BOARD invites tenders for the for PROPOSED COMPLETION OF SPEAKER’S FOR COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF TURKANA
3. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all interested Tenderers NCA registered in
Category “7” and above.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [08.00 to 15.00 hours] at the procurement office.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically through ifmis portal through negotiation 1007278 or be download through County Assembly of Turkana website www.turkanaassembly.go.ke
I. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www,turkanaassembly.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to clerk@turkanaassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
J. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
A All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of KSHS 300.000 of the contract sum
V. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
W. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 13th June 2022 at 10..00 oclock And electronically submitted to IFMIS PORTAL NEG 1007278
X. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Y. Late tenders will be rejected.
