INVITATION FOR TENDERS FOR THE FY 2020/2021, FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS AND PREQUALIFICATION/REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PERIOD 2020/2021 AND 2021/2022  

Tenders are invited for supply and delivery of goods and services to the institute as and when required for the financial year 2020/2021,framework contract agreements and prequalification / registration of suppliers and service providers for the periods 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 from the eligible candidates. Tender Documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of kshs. 1,000. Alternatively, the documents may be downloaded free of charge from Emining TTI Website by visiting www.eminingtti.ac.ke.

Duly completed tender forms in plain sealed envelopes bearing specific tender numbers and items should be addressed to the undersigned or be deposited in the tender box at the administration block on or before 31st July 2020 latest 11.00 A.m.

Tenders will be opened soon after closing in presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
