WEBINAR INVITATION/NOTIFICATION
ON THE 2021/2022 VALUES AND PRINCIPLES COMPLIANCE EVALUATION REPORTING
Article 234 (2)(h) of the Constitution, Section 16 of Public Service (values and principles) Act 2015 and Section 63 of the PSC Act 2017 requires the Public Service Commission as the responsible Commission to evaluate and report to the President and Parliament on the extent to which the values and principles mentioned in Articles 10 and 232 are complied with in the public service.
The Commission has commenced the preparation of the 2021/2022 report on the Status of Public Service Compliance with the Values and Principles in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution.
To realize this, the Commission has organized a half-day sensitization session (webinar) through the WebEx Platform from Tuesday 28th June to Friday 1st July, 2022 to sensitize officers on the 2021/2022 Values and Principles Compliance Evaluation reporting as follows:

The Webinar target group:
- Heads of Human Resource/Registrars;
- Directors of Administration in Ministries & State Departments;
- Principals and Deputy Principals of TVETs;
- Officers in-charge of governance and ethics matters in the organization; and
- Heads of Departments/divisions/units.
This is to notify you on the above exercise and require organizations falling under the six (6) sectors to each nominate three (3) officers (Head of HR included) drawn from the target groups and share the email addresses of the nominees via governance@ publicservice.go.ke on or before Friday 24th June 2022.
The nominated officers will be required to have access to a functional desktop computer/laptop for use during the demonstration session. Further, the nominees may wish to visit the Commission’s website – www.publicservice.go.ke for reference documents related to values and principles in preparation for the sensitization exercise and the subsequent reporting process.
