TENDER NOTICE
The Kitale National Polytechnic hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to apply for the following tender:

The complete set of tender documents are available in the Polytechnic’s website i.e. www.kitalenationalpolytechnic. ac.ke free of charge or Hard Copies may be obtained from the Polytechnic upon payment of non-re- fundable fee of Kshs 1,000/= only payable at Absa Bank, Kitale Branch, A/C Name: Kitale National Polytechnic, A/C Number: 003-8219650 and present the slip to Accounts Office for official receipt.
Tenderers who shall have downloaded tenders from the website are advised to forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to Procurement Office through the official mail
kitalenationalpolytechnic@gmail.com for the purposes of updating tender register accordingly.
Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope with TENDER NO and TITLE OF THE TENDER clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Board Room
