Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents in the Procurement Office at KIAMBU INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY during normal office working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ksh.1,000.00 through playbill no. 700076 account name Tender no. KIST/PRIN/CCTVSS/2022/VOL.1 payable to KIAMBU INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY and paid in KIAMBU INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Finance Office. Electronic tenders will not be permitted. (Block A)
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked Tender No. KIST/PRIN/CCTVSS/2022/VOL.1 and be deposited in the Tender Box at the (Block B) Administration block and be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before 5TH July, 2022 at 10.00 A.M.
Tenders will be opened publicly in the Conference room immediately after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
