INTERESTED APPLICANT MUST
- Complete form S.33 (confidential business questionnaire in full, signed and stamped.
- Must be registered for VAT and attach certified copy of original certificate
- Attach copy of certified PIN (personal identification number)
- Attach a copy of registration certificate
- Attach a copy of certified of registration from National Construction Authority for relevant Tender numbers and categories.
- Attach evidence of work done previously of similar magnitude. (L.P.O, L.S.0 & Completion certificate)
- Attach letter of credit from bank or PPOA approved financial institution showing credit worthiness
Form of tender must be dully filled, signed and stamped.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the respective sub- county procurement offices, during normal working hours upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Ksh.1, 000.00 (One thousand only) per set of tender document payable in cash or by bankers check to respective sub county Treasuries.
Price quoted must be VAT inclusive and remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, separate for each tender and bearing indication of the tender and marked clearly. Tender should be addressed to –
