Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the respective sub- county procurement offices, during normal working hours upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Ksh.1,000.00 (One thousand only) per set of tender documents payable in cash or by bankers check to respective sub county Treasuries. Price quoted must be VAt“ inclusive and remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, separate for each tender and bearing indication of the tender -and marked clearly.
