- Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided Items will be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
- Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours from 0900hrs to 1500hrs at Madini House, Machakos Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi.
- A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge on 21st floor, Nyayo house, Supply chain management unit or upon downloading from the Ministry’s website petroleumandmining.go.ke or the Government supplies portal www.tenders.go.ke
- Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit as indicated above and payment details as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions to
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th June, 2022 at 10:30am EAT
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid Sixty (60) days from the closing date of the tender.
- Tenders will be opened immediately on 21st floor room 21-25, Nyayo house on 29th June, 2021 at 10:30am Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
