TENDERS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS & SERVICES FOR FY 2022/2023
Tetu Technical and Vocational College invites sealed bids from eligible
candidates/firms for the supply and delivery of Goods and Services for the financial year
2022/2023 and Prequalification of suppliers for the financial year 2022/2023. Bidders are
informed that goods, consultancies and services will be procured on “As and when required
basis”.
The tender documents will be available at Tetu Technical and Vocational College
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000/= (one thousand shillings only) per
document payable in bankers cheque or cash to Tetu Technical and Vocational College
between 8.00am to 5.00pm on working days.

3. Dully Filled Confidential Business Questionnaire with Disclosure of
directors/partners/sole proprietor.
4. Signed form of tender.
5. AGPO certificate (for reserved category).
6. Current trade Business Permit.
7. Detailed company profile.
8. Copy of original institute receipt for bought documents.
9. Reference list of organization served.
10. Bidders applying for insurance services should have a certificate from
Insurance Regulatory Authority.
11. Copy of valid trade license from relevant authorities.
Complete tender documents put in plain sealed envelopes and marked “Tender No.
……….. / Prequalification No …………” should be deposited in the Tender Box at Tetu
Technical and Vocational College on or before Thursday 18th August, 2022 at 10:00 am and
be addressed to,
