SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TABLET COMPUTERS

TENDER NO. NACC/T/0001/2022-2023
3. The National AIDS Control Council invites sealed tenders for the supply of Tablets Computers at
Landmark Plaza 6th Floor Opposite Nairobi Hospital, Argwings Kodhek Road
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 9.00am to 4.00p Africa Time at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya Shillings 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the details given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website; www.nacc.or.ke/tenders or www.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.

7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the www.nacc.or.ke/tenders
or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to communication@nacc.or.ke and procurement@nacc.or.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs 1,700,000
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
electronically as per the electronic submission guidelines stated under ITT 1.2(a)
10. Completed tenders must be delivered electronically as per the electronic submission guidelines stated
under ITT 1.2(a)
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified under ITT 21.1 or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened through a virtual
meeting vide link as indicated in the ITT 24.1
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
