INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE kasneb STAFF MEDICAL SCHEME
TENDER NO. KAS/ITT/ASMS/001/2022/2023:
Kasneb invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Provision for the Administration of
the kasneb Staff Medical Scheme for a period of two (2) years, renewable annually subject to
satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 9.00 A.M to 4:00 P.M. during the working
days Monday to Friday from the date of advert at the address given below:

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using the
attached standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge
from the kasneb website www.kasneb.or.ke, and PPIP (Public Procurement
Information Portal) www.tenders.go.ke
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
facilitate any further clarification or addendum to:

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Shilling six hundred
Thousand (Ksh. 600,000) in the form of a Bank guarantee from a reputable bank
valid for 120 Days from date of tender closure.
6. The duly completed proposals shall thereafter be deposited in the Tender Box placed
next to Supply Chain Management Unit Office of kasneb Towers on or before the
closing date and time on Friday, 26 August 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
7. The tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date and time on Friday,
26 August 2022 at 11.00 a.m. in the kasneb Conference Room. You are invited to
witness the opening and Covid 19 protocols must be observed.
8. Late submissions will not be accepted.
