TENDER NOTICE

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority invites sealed bids from interested and eligible firms for the following Inter­national and National open tender.

1. KCAA/002/2020-2021 Provision of Cleaning and Environmental Management Services at The East Afri­can School of Aviation (EASA) – (Reserved for Women Owned Enter­prises under ACPO) Wednesday, 12th August, 2020 at 1100 Hours

For more information on the tender, bidders may view and download the bidding documents from KCAA website: www.kcaa.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke and immediately forward their particulars for records and for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums, the requests should be sent to procurement@kcaa.or.ke by Wednesday, 5th August, 2020 at 5.00pm and the clarifications thereof will be consolidated and sent to bidders email addresses.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the ground floor Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Aviation House, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Wednesday, 12th August, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.

The various tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their rep­resentatives who choose to attend at KCAA Auditorium or meeting rooms as it shall be clearly displayed / directed on the ground floor, Aviation House, JKIA, Nairobi. However, candidates or their representatives are requested to consider not attending the tender opening as a measure of mitigating the spread of COVID-19 as the tender opening minutes /outcome will be sent to all participating bidders through their email addresses provided in the respective documents.
