The Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund (SASDEF) is established under the Public Finance Management (Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund) Regulation, 2018.
The Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund (SASDEF) hereinafter referred as “Procuring Entity” intends to;-
- Invite applications for the registration of interested and qualified Suppliers, Contractors and Consul- tants for the financial years 2022 -2024.
- Sealed tenders from eligible candidates for various non-consultancy services open to all qualified and interested
Sealed bids from eligible candidates for Framework Agreement for a period of two years on as and when required basis renewable annually based on performance.

Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification Document/Tender document during office hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. EAT from the Procurement Office at The Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund Offices, Flamingo Towers 7th floor, Upper Hill, Nairobi. Prequalification/Tender documents can also be viewed and download- ed from the Sports Fund website www.sasdef.go.ke and from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke at no fee. Bidders who download the tender documents MUST forward their particulars for recording and communication of any further tender clarifications or addenda to email procurement@sasdef.go.ke.
Tender Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender.
Tender Security in the amount specified MUST be from a reputable bank or from a Public Procurement and Regulatory Authority (PPRA) accredited Insurance Company and shall be valid for One Hundred and fifty (150) days from the tender opening date.
Completed Prequalification/Tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Number and deposited in the Tender Box located at SASDEF Main Reception -Flamingo Towers 7th floor, Upper Hill, Nairobi or be addressed to:

The Fund reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning reasons for its decisions thereof.
