INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES 
1. The Kenya Film Classification Board invites sealed Tenders from eligible candidates for the
provision of Cleaning Services Cleaning, Fumigation and Sanitary Services to KFCB offices in
Uchumi House on 14th floor, 15th floor and at the Nairobi Film Centre for a period of 24 months.
2. Tendering is reserved to all small and medium enterprises registered appropriately with the National
Treasury (AGPO)
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address givenbelow.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers
upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
https:/kfcb.go.ke/tenders/ or PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
kfcbprocurement@kfcb.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs and taxes, and shall remain valid for
one hundred and five (105) days from the date of tender opening.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday

1st September, 2022 at 11.00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
