TRUCTURED CABLING AND WIRELESS NETWORK INSTALLATION AT KISII COUNTY ASSEMBLY-BLOCK C

1. The Kisii County Assembly invites sealed tenders for the construction of Structured cabling and
wireless network installation at Kisii County Assembly-Block C
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 8 a.m to 5.00 pm at the Kisii County Assembly.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kisiiassembly.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
info.kisiiassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. The procedures to be followed
will be as follows:

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security which is 2% of the total tender amount.Tender
security should be in Kenyan Shillings
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Kisii County Assembly,P.O
BOX 4552-40200 Kisii or delivered to KISII COUNTY ASSEMBLY PREMISES on 29th August,2022 by 11.00 a.m.IFMIS Negotiation number is 1029280.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
