INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PREQUALIFICATION
PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY OF HEAVY FUEL OIL
Contract No: NOCK/PRC/03(1666(B) 2022/23
1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil) intends to prequalify Suppliers/Service Providers
for Supply of Heavy Fuel Oil for a period three of three (3) years financial year 2022/2023 to
2024/2025.
2. It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in August 2022.Tendering will be conducted
through restricted tendering procedures using a standardized tender document and will be open to all
applicants who prequalify.
3. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification
Document during office hours between 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.

4. Prequalification Document may be viewed and downloaded free from the website
(www.nationaloil.co.ke ) and PPIP Portal. Applicants who download the Prequalification Document
must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@nockenya.co.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
5. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier delivery,
clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by 9th September 2022 at
1030hrs.
6. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using
the register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 8 below.
