INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SERVICE FOR MIGRATION OF E-MAIL
TENDER REF NO: KSC/NOT/ME/03/2022/23
1. Kenya Seed Company Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the provision of
migration of E-Mail from G-Suite to microsoft 365.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National). Margin of preference not
applicable, reservations not allowed and alternative tenders will not be allowed.
3. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at
Procurement Department, Kenya Seed Company Limited, Mbegu Plaza, Ground Floor, Kijana
WamalwaRoad, Kitale during normal working hours.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Kes 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s cheque payable to Kenya Seed Company Limited
or be accessed at thewww.kenyaseed.com free of charge. Interested bidders who opt to download the
Tender Document shall be required to submit their contact details to procurement@kenyaseed.co.ke for
recording and any further clarification and addenda.
5. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below onorbefore 11 A.M on 7th September, 2022.

7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who
choose to attendat Kenya Seed Company Limited, Mbegu Plaza, Ground Floor, Conference Room,
Kijana Wamalwa Road, Kitale. Late tenders will be rejected.
