TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR THE PROPOSED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ON L.R. NO. 209/12403 £I.R. NO. 65612) IN NAIROBI WEST, NAIROBI CITY COUNTY FOR AMREF REGULATED NON-WDT SACCO SOCIETY LTD.

AMREF SACCO Society Ltd is registered under the Co-operative Societies ACT whose main objective is to provide competitive financial services to its members.
The SACCO invites sealed bids from eligible consulting firms, including consortiums to submit technical and financial proposals for the above tender. The proposed site is located on L.R. No. 209/12403 [I.R. No. 65612) in Nairobi West. The scope of the works includes, project management, construction supervision, designing and preparation of tender documents for the above project.
Interested eligible bidders downloading the Request for Proposal [RFP] documents from our website www.amrefsacco.org upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 2000. [Please note that this is a re-advertisement therefore bidders who had previously submitted their bids need not pay again
Completed tender documents and bank deposit slip are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender Box at AMREF KCO Building, Wilson Airport, to be addressed to
