INVITATION FOR BIDS – Webuye West NGCDF

WEBUYE WEST NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND TENDER 2020 

Webuye West NGCDF invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the proposed construction and completion of buildings in various institutions within the constituency namely Lugulu Friends secondary school, Chengoli primary school, Matulo Friends girl’s secondary school, Mwembula DEB primary school, St. Marys Bokoli Secondary School and Miendo Chiefs office.

Interested bidders MUST attach the following mandatory documents;

1. Current NCA certificate for building works category 6 and above for WW/MFGSS/001/2020-2021& category 7 for OTHERS.
2. Current Authentic Tax compliance certificate from KRA.
3. KRA PIN certificate
4. Certified Bank statement for the last six months (not more than one month old to the date of application)
5. Certificate of Registration/incorporation.
6. Proof of works of similar magnitude (completion certificates from Ministry of Public Works for projects within the last 3years).
7. Certified copy of current CR 12. (not more than one month old to the date of application)
8. Bid bond of 2% from a reputable bank or approved insurance company.
9. Certified Current single business permit
10. Certified Certificates for special groups. (WOMEN, YOUTH, PWD)
11. Other Evaluation criteria as set in the tender documents.

Tender documents can be obtained from the respective institutions named above upon payment of non- refundable fee of kshs. 1,000 as from 28th July 2020.

Complete tender documents enclosed in plain Sealed envelopes marked with tender number and serialized all pages to be deposited in the respective school tender boxes on or before 6^ August 2020 at 11 am addressed to; (Respectively as below)

Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter on 6/8/2020 at 11 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their autho­rized representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
