NATIONAL OPEN TENDER
Gangara Water Resources Users Association (WRUA) has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund [WSTF], a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, to implement a project in Kathanje Muminji ward, Mbeere North Sub County, Embu County. The WRUA hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works.

Mandatory Requirements
- Copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status [certificate of incorporation/ Registration], place of registration
- Bid Security of Ksh 100,000.00 from a reputable financial institution or inform of a banker’s cheque
- Valid Tax compliance certificate
- Dully signed pre tender site visit certificate
- Valid Certificates of registration [civil/water works category] with the relevant statutory bodies (NCA 8 and above].
- Valid annual practicing license.
- KRA PIN certificate*
- Tender Form duly Completed, Signed and Stamped by the Tenderer in the format provided
- Submit a valid current trading License / Single Business Permit issued by the County Government.
- Must submit a dully filled up Confidential Business Questionnaire in format provided
- Certified CR12 certificate.
A complete set of tendering document[s] can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs 1,000/= payable to Gangara WRUA Bank Account No 01134569515100 Cooperative Bank, Siakago. [Attach original bank slip to the tender document as a proof of the payment].

And deposited at the Deputy County Commissioner’s office Siakago on or before Thursday, 13th October, 2022 at 1000hrs in the tender box placed at the entrance of the Deputy county commissioner’s office. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
NB: Late bid must be returned unopened.
