INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF BIDINIMOLE – MAGOMBANII (LUNGALUNGA CONSTITUENCY, 22% RMLF SAVING)
TENDER (ITT) No.:KeRRA/08/KWL/39/21|22-63
1. The Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the spot improvement of the BidiniMole – Magombanii
Road to be funded by the 22% RMLF Savings in the financial year 202012022 (Lungalunga Constituency).
2. The tenderis open to all registered contractors in the region.
3. Bidders can participate in several tenders, however, a bidder shall not participate in the same tender individually
and also as a Joint Venture.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at KeRRA
Regional Offices during office hours[0900to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of KShs. 1,000/= Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents
may be obtained electronically from www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kerra.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 140 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender-Securing Declaration,”
9. The Tenderer MUST chronologically serialize ALL pages of the tender documents submitted in the order of
1,2,3,4,……
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 7th October, 2022 at 11.00
am.Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Kilifi Regional office. Tenderswill be publicly opened
in the presence oftheTenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
