Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Documents from the office of the General Manager-SCM, Kenya Railways Headquarters, Block B, Ground Floor upon payment of non-refundablefeeofKshs.1,000.00 or download the document from KR and PPIP website at NO CHARGE. Bidders who download the Tender Document must register their interest immediately by sending an email to procure@krc,co.ke stating their names, email, postal & telephone address and tender details.
Completed Tender Documents (accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount and form specified in the tender document) in plain sealed envelopes must be clearly marked with the “Tender No. and the Description of the Tender: and shall be addressed to:-
