- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Dully filled and signed Form of Quotation
- Dully filled and signed Form for Disclosure of Interest
- Dully filled and signed Self-Declaration Form
- Dully filled and signed Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination
- Recommendation letter(s) regarding similar work done, including the size.
- Any other relevant documents/pictures
