TENDER NAME: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES, TRAVEL AND AIR TICKETING, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF PABX AND SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRINKING WATER

1.1 Interested interested candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender
documents at State Department of East African Community P.O.Box 8846-00200 Nairobi
Co-op Bank House Building 12th floor Procurement Office during normal working
hours.
1.2 A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge
or down loaded from the Ministry of East African Community website www.meac.go.ke. or
the Public Procurement Information Portal website www.tenders.go.ke.
1.3 Prices quoted should be net inclusive all taxes and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings
and shall remain valid for 90 days from the Tender closing date.
1.4 Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with
the Tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender box at 16th floor Co-op Bank
House Building Haile Selassie Avenue or be addressed to Principal Secretary, State Department
for East African Community
P.O.Box 8846-00200 Nairobi so as to be received on or
before 19th October ,2022 at 11.00 am.
1.5 The Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate’s representatives
who choose to attend at the Board room on 18th floor Co-op Bank House
